Heavy steel professional watch with screw down crown and the original heavy steel strap with safety clasp. Scratch free mineral glass, beautiful mint silvered textured dial, you wil see some reflection because it is hard to picture.
Size 38 mm. without the screw down crown, a big watch!
The movement is the original Eterna calibre 12824 – 103 based at Eta 2824 also used in the Eterna Super Diver.
Start of the production according to the ETA list is 1972, the time Eterna started with ETA movements and beside changes ETERNA made they placed a 1 before the ETA calibre number. With this calibre they started with the gold colored roter, however, the older calibre 12824 didn’t have it.
Produced from 1971 to 1980 by Eta.
The original Eta calibre did have only 17 jewels but Eterna did change it to their specification, the original ETERNA/Eta calibre does have 25 jewels so it wil run more correct. BpH. 28.800.
The whole watch is in mint condition with full length strap. We had it tested as far as we could and that was up to 100 mtr. I am sure it will go deeper but we could not test it.
